Creamy White Chili

1.5 lb. chicken, cubed and cooked, or canned chicken
1.5-2 smallish onions, diced
1 tbsp minced garlic (3ish cloves)
1.5 tbsp coconut oil or other cooking oil
3 c chicken broth
3 cans great northern beans
1 4oz can chopped green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp dried oregano
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Flour or cornstarch (optional)
0.5 c sour cream
1.5 c cream

1. Sauté garlic and onions in the bottom of the oven
2. Add everything else except cream and sour cream
3. Boil for about 30 min
4. Add flour or corn starch to thicken if desired
5. Stir in cream and sour cream

Serve!
