Cornbread

 1 Tbs butter 

1 c flour

1 c cornmeal 

2/3 c sugar 

1 tsp salt 

1 Tbs baking powder

1 egg 

1 c milk 

1/3 c vegetable oil 


Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. 


Melt butter in Dutch oven before putting in cornbread and heat it to 400°.


Combine together and cook for 20 minutes.
