Peach Cobbler

2 Cans of Peach pie filling
2 boxes of Yellow Cake mix
2 Cans of Sprite or Fresca (some kind of citrus soda)
Cinnamon

Directions
     Grease the dutch oven so it doesn't stick
     Drain some of the peach juice out and spread them in the dutch oven
     Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches
     Spread the cake mixes over the peaches and then the Soda. ( i only put 1 1/2 cans at first then add the rest as needed)
     Cooks for about 40 minutes

  1. Really good and simple recipe. I added another can of peaches because I like them a lot. I also added a sliced up stick of butter on top of the cake mix. It's a classic, and it's easy to adjust to be just how you like it.

  2. Great recipe. I did a strange mix between this one and the Heavenly Blackberry Peach Cobbler. Mostly I just added one can of blackberries (I would have done two but they're a bit pricey). I also mixed some of the blackberry juice into the cake mix to add some flavor. Turned out fantastic!

  3. I thought this was a good cobbler but I'd recommend using less sprite. I felt like mine turned out a little runny and had a little too much moisture in it. If that's how you like it then this is a great recipe, if you like a little bit more of a solid cake then I'd go less on the moisture.
