Ingredients:
Medium Potatoes; peeled and sliced [enough to fill about half of the dutch oven]
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup [I chose to use Cream of Chicken]
1 can Vegetable Beef Soup
1 medium Onion; sliced
Directions:
Put potatoes in dutch oven. Crumble raw meat over the top, add the soups and onion. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done at 350.

ReplyDeleteThis recipe is so easy and simple! Plus its made of very affordable ingredients that fill you up. I added some extra briquettes because the potatoes were taking forever to cook. Didn't burn and I got to eat sooner! :) Just keep an eye on it. I might at more veggies in the future (like zucchini or corn) and some other seasonings (salt and pepper or seasoned salt). Very versatile.
