-8 ounces penne pasta
-28-ounces of canned crushed fire roasted tomatoes
-2 cups whole milk
-1/2 cup melted butter
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-2 teaspoons oregano
-1 teaspoons salt
-a few handfuls of spinach
-parmesan cheese al gusto
Instructions:
add pasta, crushed tomatoes, milk, butter, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt to dutch oven. 16 coals on top, 12 coals on the bottom. cook for 45 minutes, rotating and stirring every 15 minutes. press spinach into pasta and put parmesan on top. cook for 5 more minutes and enjoy! (also if you want to make this an entree, add meatballs or other protein!)
I made something similar to this but with fresh baby tomatoes and feta cheese and it turned out delicious!
