1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

Thaw rolls until soft.
Cut rolls into fourths with kitchen scissors.
Roll each fourth into small dough balls.
Place dough balls in the dutch oven.
Melt butter and combine with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Coat roll pieces with butter mixture and put both cups of cheese across the top.

Let it cool, but not too much... & enjoy!
These were SO good. Probably my favorite thing I tried all semester. Definitely make these!
ReplyDeleteThese were so easy to recreate at home! I went camping last weekend and cooked this for my friends - it was a hit!! Took a little longer to cook than expected, but delicious nonetheless. I recommend mixing the cheese with the rolls instead of just putting all the cheese on top. One of my fave dutch oven recipes!!!
ReplyDeleteMade these yummy garlic bites. Accidentally burned the bottom...still good though! My friends ate them all within minutes.
