Cheesy Breakfast Potatoes




 Ingredients:

- 3 whole potatoes

- medium cheddar shredded cheese 

- bacon (cooked or raw works)

- breakfast sausage

- 6 eggs 

- Salt

- pepper 

- garlic powder

- 1 whole onion

Most of the ingredients is based on how many people who want to feed. This amount I found fed around 5-6 people. First, you want to cook your bacon and sausage at the same time. Cook for 20 minutes lid on your dutch oven. Once those are cooked you want to take those out and keep them somewhere warm. Then you want to put in your potatoes and onions to cook. Cut your potatoes into cubes that are around the same size to even the cooking. Dice your onion. Put your potatoes in as well as your onion. Season your potatoes with pepper and salt according to your likes (you will also add salt in your eggs so add the salt according to the potatoes). Add garlic powder. Cook with lid on for 20min and then take off and cook for 5 more minutes to make it crispy, try not to mix it too much or it will become mashed potatoes. Once those are about done, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes. Then you'll want to add the sausage and bacon. Mix together and cook with lid off. Once mixed, you will add the cheese to the top and cook with lid on for another 7min to make it melt over the top.
