Brownie Cheesecake

 


Ingredients

Brownie Crust:

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup flower


Cheesecake Filling:
  • 2 pkgs. of cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Suggested Toppings:
(Get creative!)
  • Raspberries
  • Raspberry sauce or jam
  • Chocolate sauce
Directions

Brownie Crust: 
- Melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into oiled dutch oven and bake for 10-15 mins. The goal is to get the crust to set up a bit so the cheesecake filling doesn't mix a ton. 

Cheesecake Filling:
- Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Pour over the brownie crust in the dutch oven and smooth over the top. Bake for 20-35 mins until you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.

Let cool and chill several hours before serving.
