Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (cubed)
8 medium potatoes (cubed)
4 tablespoons butter
2 bell peppers (diced)
½ yellow onion (diced)
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons flour
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
With about 8-10 coals below the Dutch oven, melt the butter in the bottom.
Pour in chicken and potatoes and cook until browned.
Pour in bell peppers and onions and cook until the onions are slightly translucent.
Salt and pepper chicken, potatoes, onions, and peppers to taste
Dump in flour and stir until coating all the contents.
Pour in heavy cream and Italian seasoning and stir until incorporated
Place lid on top with another 8-10 coals and let steep for around 20 minutes or until thickened and potatoes cooked all the way through
Serve!
